Treatment can include: instrument assisted treatments, activator, graston, drop table, kinesio-taping, myofascial release, cold-laser, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, orthotics and custom bracing.

Philippa received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Victoria before attending Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon. After completing eight years of study, she then moved back home to Victoria in 2009. Philippa maintains a referral based chiropractic practice focussed on individualized treatments to help her patients achieve their wellness goals. She works closely with other healthcare professionals including medical doctors, massage therapists, physiotherapists and acupuncturists. Treatment involves a variety of techniques, combining manual chiropractic manipulation and mobilization, instrument assisted manipulation including Activator and drop table, and muscle techniques such as myofascial release and Kinesio-taping. Philippa frequently treats dedicated recreational athletes, including members of the local running and cycling communities. She helps those who are re-introducing themselves to physical activity all the way up to seasoned athletes. She has worked at various sporting events as part of the event medical teams. Philippa is post graduate certified and has extensive experience in pre-natal care. Philippa is certified in the Webster Technique. Philippa’s goal for a patient’s successful and comfortable pregnancy is to establish a team approach to pre-natal healthcare in order to enhance the health of both mother and baby by working closely with midwives, pre-natal massage therapists and encouraging participation in prenatal yoga and Pilates. Outside of her practice, Philippa loves to spend her time outdoors and she can frequently be found exploring the local hiking trails with her two dogs. She looks forward to seeing you soon.

Awarded the Canadian Chiropractic Association Award of Merit, Clark currently serves on Canadian Chiropractic Association Journal’s Editorial Board as well as the Canadian Chiropractic Research Foundation and has recently served on both the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board and is a Past-President and Past Chair of the British Columbia Chiropractic Association.

He holds dual Chiropractic Fellowships in both Sports Sciences and Orthopedics meaning he has an additional six years of post-graduate training, and extensive experience with complicated injury and sports injury. Clark’s ongoing sports experience has a distinct “Action-Sports direction” with professional mountain bike events such as Crankworx in Whistler, plus slopestyle skiing all over the world with the Canadian Olympic Slopestyle Skiing team. He has participated as a sports chiropractor multiple times at the X-Games, Dew-Tour and numerous World Championships from Curling, BMX to Wheelchair Rugby, the Pan-American Games, as well as the 2010 Vancouver and 2014 Sochi, Russia Winter Olympic Games.

Young at heart and down to earth, Clark balances his professional life by enjoying home in Victoria BC, where he was raised and has lived for four decades.

Kianna graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Kinesiology. She continued her education at the University of Western States where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, completing eight years of study.

Kianna rowed at Victoria City out of Elk Lake and then at the university level. Her first exposure to chiropractic care was after multiple injuries sustained during the sport where she experienced extremely positive results from that care which inspired her pursuit in this field. After completing 5 years with the sport of rowing, her love for fitness continued whether that be inside at the gym or outside hiking, kayaking or golfing.

Due to Kianna’s involvement in sports and her knowledge, she is well trained to help you with injuries that occur from sports, work or daily life. Kianna’s goal is not only to deal with the pain you are experiencing but also to uncover the underlying root of the problem in order to help you understand what is happening with your body. She will work with you to help rehab the problem so that you can get back to enjoying your passions in life.

She understands that every patient is different which is why she utilizes a variety of techniques such as: hands on manipulation, drop table adjustments, instrument assisted adjusting and soft tissue work to find the treatment that best suits your overall goals. Kianna is experienced with providing safe and effective treatments for the neck, back, shoulders, arms, wrists, hips, knees and feet for individuals of any age.

Kianna has her Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) certification which means she’s a certified personal trainer (CPT). Her in depth understanding of the human body complimented with this fitness certification allows her to develop each patient a tailored rehabilitation program to improve your mobility, flexibility, stability, strength and balance to enhance your overall performance.
